Beautiful weather in Central Oregon gave way for fast times! I ended up winning the race in 4:18ish. Fun to see everyone...thanks Sean and The Sisters, Oregon School Cross Country Team and volunteers. Report and photos hopefully soon :o)

Been following your blog but had to post when I saw that you kicked ass today... they had your time listed at 4:15ish earlier. Would have liked to see how fast you were running up those hills around Miles 27-30. Congrads!
kudos bro! wow1 that's barely longer (in time) than the 50k hat race last year in the DC area (4h05). this is ass kicking in its purest form ;o. looking forward to the race report. acmae (dang, this blogger posting is annoying. had to delete posts w/ typos instead of just correcting them...)

Thanks Josh...I wasn't going up those hills very fast...just chuggin' along...but going down was the fun and fast part! Did you run it?
