Bighorn 100 Update

(One of the canyons we made our way through this weekend)

I'm here in Denver, CO still trying to gather my bearings from The Bighorn 100 mile race this past weekend. I ran a strong race and was very pleased with my outcome, although I must say it was the most difficult race I have run so far. It was also one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen!

I finished in 4th place overall with a time of 20:43. Full results and splits can be seen HERE. I will try to post a full race report when I get back to Portland.

Thanks Nancy! I was trying to catch Browning but just couldn't muster much more in the last 20 miles. I was really happy w/ the way I ran in terms of strength and consistency. Hey! You coming to White River 50?

Josh: You were a life saver...for real...I contemplated DNF'ing until I saw you at 48. I was a different person after that! Thank you...Ash is lucky to have you...You two are a force to be reckoned with! :o)

Way to tough it out Cheri...I know quitting probably become an option many times but your perseverance on that course is impressive...congrats!

Rob! Super Congrats on your first 100! It was so nice to meet you and your family. I talked w/ them after my race and they kept me updated on you...I'm so happy you duked it out till the end...way to go! Wish I could have been there to bring you in man. Your sister's were really proud of you...and so am I bro...rock on! My email is yassine.diboun@gmail.com I'd love to read your report and see some pics...peace :o)
