Running for Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp

Last year I participated as a counselor at Mt. Hood Kiwanis Camp.  Caring for another in that capacity prepared me for fatherhood and touched me in a way that, much like trying to explain ultra running, is often difficult to articulate.

This is my next project and we would be so thankful if you could help us...even if it's just a little.

Yassine, as the father of an Autistic girl and someone who has been brought up around camps like these due to my Mum's tireless work with the disabled I take my hat off to you. This is a beautiful thing you are doing and I will be behind you all the way in your efforts. Really inspired this and also your great talent as a runner. Bravo dude, you are making a difference.

Malcolm, Thank you for your support and kind words. I figured you and Pearl would love seeing some of these videos, etc. on what we're doing out here in Oregon. Also, I thought of you recently when I learned about this program being done in Lake Oswego, Oregon.
